Guidelines for Submission of Scientific Presentation

Category of Participation:

1. Original research paper
2. Case Study

Note: We are accepting only electronic presentation in PowerPoint format. Printed posters, or photographs of printed posters will not be accepted.

• Topic should be related to Internal Medicine or its sub specialties.
• Only the first author will be allowed to present the paper.
• Presentation to be submitted as per the template.
• For title, the word limit should be 15.
• Along with the single slide PPT format attached, please send your article also in word format:
  1. Maximum number of words: 500
  2. Article format: Word file
• Article style: it should be in the style of JAPI (The official Journal of Association of Physician of India for physicians).

The acceptance of the scientific presentation will be entirely at the discretion of the scientific committee and their decision will be final and binding.

• All participants will get participation certificates.
• All scientific presentations will be exhibited virtually during the conference.
• Judges will screen all scientific presentation. Presentations selected by judges will be allowed to be presented before the conference. (Dates for the same will be intimated later).
• Winners of both categories will be awarded a cash prize.
• Winners will present their research during the conference day.
